iDenver Repairs Warranty & Service Terms
Every qualifying repair at iDenver Repairs comes with a 90-day warranty on parts and workmanship. If something we fixed fails under normal use within the warranty period, we'll make it right — no runaround.
What the Warranty Covers
Defective Parts
If a part we installed fails due to a manufacturing defect within the warranty window, we replace it at no charge.
Workmanship Issues
If a problem arises from how the repair was performed — loose connectors, improper seating, adhesive failure — we fix it.
Same Repair, Same Problem
If the specific issue we repaired returns within the warranty period under normal use, bring it back — covered.
Accidental Damage
New drops, cracks, or physical damage after pickup are not covered — those are new repairs.
Liquid Exposure
Water or liquid damage after pickup is not covered under the parts warranty.
Water Resistance
We cannot guarantee water resistance is maintained after any repair — see terms below.

iDenver Repairs — Service Agreement
A. Authorization of Work
I (hereinafter "Customer") hereby grant permission to iDenver Repairs (the "Company") and any agents thereof to perform any services deemed necessary by the Company to repair, replace, or otherwise modify my device (the "Service"). The scope of the work performed shall be negotiated between Customer and Company prior to the commencement of the Service. In the event that any negotiated term conflicts with an express term in this Agreement, this Agreement shall prevail.
B. Payment, Refund and Substitute Service
Payment is due in full at the time of Service unless otherwise agreed upon by the parties. All agreed upon fees shall be binding and due in full whether or not the Service is successful.
C. Warranty
Notwithstanding the provisions of §D of this Agreement, the Company warrants Services successfully performed for ninety (90) days of defective workmanship including replacement parts, unless otherwise stated.
If Customer notifies Company of a warranty claim, Company shall use its best efforts to rectify any faulty Service. If Company determines, in its sole discretion, that a defect with the device is attributable to Customer's misuse, abuse or negligent handling of the device, this provision shall be null and void.
D. Water-Resistant Devices
The Company cannot guarantee that water-resistant devices will remain so after being repaired. We advise you to take the necessary precautions in relation to water-resistant devices and you agree to release us from any loss or damage as a result of your device ceasing to be water-resistant.
E. Right to Refuse
The Company reserves the right to refuse service at its discretion. Service will not be performed on devices that appear to be stolen or otherwise unlawfully obtained.
F. Data & Privacy
The Company is not responsible for any data loss that may occur during the Service. Customers are advised to back up their devices prior to any repair. The Company will not access, view, copy, or distribute personal data stored on Customer devices.
G. Unclaimed Devices
Devices left unclaimed for 30 days after Service completion will be considered abandoned. The Company reserves the right to dispose of abandoned devices at its discretion to recover costs incurred.
H. Limitation of Liability
The Company's total liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Customer for the Service. The Company shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the Service or inability to perform the Service.
