Everything people ask us.
How much does a repair cost?Pricing
Depends on the device and the part. iPhone screens start at $125 and every iPhone model has its price listed on our iPhone pages. iPad prices are on the iPad page, and the iPod touch is a flat $95 for a screen or battery. Samsung, Pixel, Mac and consoles vary too much by model, so we quote those per device — always before any work starts.
How long will my repair take?Pricing
Most phone screens and batteries are same-day, often within a couple of hours. iPads take a bit longer because the glass is bonded to the frame, but usually still same-day. Board-level work, water damage and special-order parts get a realistic timeline with your quote.
Why are some repairs "call for quote" instead of priced?Pricing
Because a wrong number is worse than no number. Parts for Samsung, Pixel, MacBooks, foldables and the newest devices vary a lot between models — so rather than post a price that's wrong for your exact device, we quote it in minutes by call or text.
What's the difference between screen quality tiers?Pricing
Three grades, your choice: Aftermarket — quality third-party panel, lowest price, 30-day warranty. Refurbished Original — genuine hardware reglassed or donor-pulled, real factory color and brightness, 90-day warranty, our best-value pick. Original — brand-new factory-grade assembly, 90-day warranty, subject to availability.
My device won't charge — is that expensive?Pricing
Often it's not even a repair! Lint packs into charging ports, and we clean ports for free. If the port's actually damaged, we'll quote the fix — see charging port repair.
What warranty do repairs come with?Warranty
Original and Refurbished Original parts: 90-day warranty. Aftermarket/LCD parts: 30-day warranty. The warranty covers the part and our workmanship — if something we installed acts up, bring it back and we'll make it right.
What does the warranty cover (and not cover)?Warranty
It covers defects in the part and the installation — touch issues, display faults, a battery that misbehaves. It doesn't cover new accidental damage like another drop or a swim. If you're unsure whether something's covered, just bring it in and we'll take an honest look.
Will a repair void my Apple/Samsung warranty?Warranty
If your device is still under the manufacturer's warranty or AppleCare, it's usually smart to use that first — we'll tell you so. Most devices we see are already out of manufacturer warranty, which is exactly when independent repair saves you the most.
What if something's wrong after my repair?Warranty
Come straight back. We're a local storefront you can drive to — not a mail-in lab — and we've been here since 2011. We'll diagnose it, and if it's on us or the part, we fix it under warranty, simple as that.
Do I need an appointment?Visiting
No — walk-ins are welcome. Worth a quick call for rare parts or foldables so we can confirm stock before you drive over.
Where are you and is parking free?Visiting
We're at 2401 S Colorado Blvd, Ste A, Denver, CO 80222 — in the Boardwalk Shopping Center, with free parking right out front. Details and a map are on our location page.
What are your hours?Visiting
Mon–Fri 11am–6pm, Saturday 11am–4pm, closed Sunday. Call or text (303) 630-9499 any time and we'll get back to you fast.
Can I mail in my device?Visiting
For some services, yes — iPod repairs and mods and laser back-glass removal accept mail-in. Most repairs are fastest as a walk-in, but call us and we'll figure out the best option for your situation.
Do you work with businesses?Visiting
Yes — our B2B fleet repair gives businesses volume pricing and priority same-day turnaround with no contracts. One call or text covers the whole fleet.
Will I lose my data during a repair?Devices
No — screens, batteries, ports and most repairs never touch your storage. Photos, apps and messages stay exactly where they are. We still recommend a backup beforehand, because that's just good practice.
What devices do you actually fix?Devices
Nearly everything with a chip: iPhone, iPad, MacBook, Apple Watch, iPod, Samsung Galaxy, Google Pixel, laptops, desktop PCs, and game consoles — plus data recovery and water damage. Each has its own page with the details.
My device got wet — what do I do right now?Devices
Power it off, don't charge it, and get it to us fast — corrosion spreads by the hour, and rice doesn't fix anything. The sooner we open and clean it, the better the odds. See water damage repair.
My device is dead — can you get my photos back?Devices
Very often, yes. Data recovery is one of our specialties — from simple fixes that bring a phone back long enough to back it up, to board-level work for the hard cases.
Should I repair it or just replace it?Devices
We'll tell you straight. A repair is usually a fraction of a new device, but when it isn't worth it — like most Bluetooth speakers — we say so and point you to the smarter buy. Our reputation matters more than one ticket.
