We'll save you money by saying no.

A repair only makes sense when it's worth it. For a couple of things, it usually isn't — and we'd rather tell you than take the ticket.

Bluetooth speakers & headphones

Parts are hard to source and often cost more than a replacement. We'll point you to a better buy instead of charging you for a repair that doesn't pencil out.

Most standalone cameras

Beyond select GoPro and Insta360 action cams, dedicated camera repair isn't something we take on — the parts and specialization just aren't there.

Can you really fix Joy-Con or controller drift?

Yes — stick drift is one of our most common console repairs. We fix or replace the analog stick modules on Joy-Cons, DualSense, Xbox and most other controllers so they track true again.

My PS5's HDMI port is broken — is that fixable?

Usually, yes. A damaged HDMI port is a classic PS5/PS4 repair — we replace the port so you get a clean signal again, instead of buying a whole new console.

Do you repair tablets and e-readers?

Yes — Amazon Fire, Kindle, Kobo and Android tablets for screens, batteries and charging. For an iPad or Galaxy Tab, head to their own pages.

Will you fix my Bluetooth speaker or headphones?

Honestly, usually not — and we'll tell you why. Parts are hard to get and often cost more than a replacement, so we'd rather save you the money than sell you a repair that isn't worth it.

How much will it cost?

Every device is different, so we diagnose first and quote up front. You hear the price before any work happens — no surprises.

What if you can't fix it?

Then we tell you straight, and where we can, point you toward someone who can or a smarter replacement. We've been doing this since 2011 — our reputation matters more than one ticket.
