If a device has a circuit board and replacement parts exist, we'll attempt the repair. How Specialty Repairs Work
Specialty repairs take a slightly different path than standard phone repairs — here's what to expect.
Call or text first
Tell us what you have and what's wrong. We'll tell you immediately if it's something we can tackle and what parts sourcing looks like.
Bring it in for assessment
We look at the device, confirm the issue, and give you a full quote — including parts and labor — before any work begins.
Parts deposit to order
For repairs requiring ordered parts, we collect a deposit to cover the parts cost — or you can leave the device with us. Labor is paid at pickup when the repair is complete.
Repaired & warranted
Every qualifying repair includes a 90-day warranty against defective parts. Balance is collected on pickup.
