Why is there no cheap LCD option for the Air?

Physics, not upselling. The Air is Apple's thinnest iPhone, and an LCD panel is too thick to fit inside it — only flexible OLED works. That's why the Air starts at $325 where other models offer a lower LCD tier.

What's the difference between Soft OLED and Original?

Soft OLED ($325) is a flexible OLED panel with excellent color and true blacks — our best-value Air repair. Original ($475) is a brand-new Apple-grade assembly at factory spec, special-order. Both carry a 90-day warranty.

Why should I call ahead for an Air repair?

Air parts are specialist stock. A quick call or text lets us confirm your part is on hand (or order the Original), so your repair is same-day instead of a return trip.

Is the Air harder to repair than other iPhones?

It's the most delicate iPhone on our bench — thinner frame, flexible display, tighter internals. That's exactly why it's worth bringing to techs who've been doing precision repair since 2011, rather than a kiosk.

Do you fix Air batteries, ports and other issues too?

Will I lose my data?

No — a screen or battery repair doesn't touch your storage. Photos, apps and messages stay put. A backup beforehand is always smart, but nothing about the repair erases anything.
